    • The present invention relates to a method of cryopreservation of cells or tissues using a scaffold, the method comprising the steps of: (a) culturing cells or tissues in the scaffold; (b) processing the scaffold thereby the cells or tissues are cultured by a mixture thereby a freeze protection agent and a culture liquid are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:1; (c) processing the scaffold processed in the (b) by the freeze protection agent; (d) pre-freezing the scaffold processed in the (c) at -90 to -50°C; and (e) freezing the pre-frozen cells or tissues at -196 to -150°C. Therefore, the method of cryopreservation of cells or tissues using a scaffold can easily and economically freeze cells or tissues, and enhance survival rate of post-frozen cells or tissues. Moreover, the method can be applied in various cell therapy products.
