CONSTITUTION: A method for producing anti-helicobacter pylori high-titer antibody comprise: a step of designing primer for amplifying pET41b, VacA gene of ATCC49503, and VacA of ATCC 43504; a step of amplifying VacA gene through PCR; a step of cutting PCR product with XhoI and NdeI enzymes; a step of transforming the cut gene into ECOS 101 reactive cells to produce Pvac 953; a step of transforming to E.coli; a step of culturing transformed pVAC953; a step of collecting strain from the colony in which protein is expressed; a step of pulverizing the strain; a step of eluting recombinant VacA protein; and a step of concentrating VacA protein eluate.

    • PURPOSE: A bio-composite deposited-activated water and pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to activate AMP-activated protein kinase and to suppress the reduction of vitamin C by including ceramic composite containing lava stone and loess. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bio-composite deposited-activated water includes the following: mixed powder containing 30-50 weight% of lava stone and 30-50 weight% of loess is prepared; water is added into the mixed powder to obtain paste; the paste is aged and is compressively shaped; the compressively shaped product is casted and primarily dried at a temperature between 150 and 250 degrees Celsius; the primarily dried product is sintered and washed; the washed product is secondarily dried to obtain ceramic composite; the ceramic composite is immersed in raw water to obtain ceramic deposited water.
