    • PURPOSE: A concrete waste sleeper retaining wall and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce construction costs of a retaining wall and to recycle a concrete waste sleeper by laminating the concrete waste sleeper and manufacturing the retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A first concrete waste sleeper block(100) including a convex unit(300) is connected to a second concrete waste sleeper block(200) including a concave unit(400). A plurality of the concrete waste sleeper is arranged in the first and second concrete waste sleeper blocks before being adhered. A plurality of the concrete wastes sleeper is laminated and is adhered on the upper part. The upper surface and the lower surface of the concrete waste sleeper contact each other in order to face upwardly by turns. The concrete waste sleeper in the lower part and the upper part is laminated in order to individually face the upper surface and the lower surface.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a soil conditioner from a mixed powder of rough germanium and charcoal is provided by which prepared soil conditioner is able to increase manure-retaining power of the soil by increasing cation exchange capacity in the soil and improve acidified soil to alkalized soil. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a soil conditioner comprises steps of: (i) adding charcoal powder burned at a temperature of 600°C or more to pulverized rough germanium powder; and (ii) fertilizing the mixture, wherein more than one materials other than charcoal selected from the group consisting of yellow soil, zeolite, elvan, clay, silica and feldspar.
