    • A method for synthesizing a fertilizer from a semiconductor etchant is provided to manufacture a scentless raw material by removing completely an acetic acid generating smell using a difference of a neutralization titration point. A method for synthesizing a fertilizer from a semiconductor etchant comprises steps of: (a1) preparing an etchant containing a phosphoric acid, a nitric acid and an acetic acid generated from a manufacturing process of semiconductor or a display substrate; (a2) manufacturing a phosphate acid salt and a nitric acid salt from the phosphoric acid and the nitric acid by adding and reacting a basic material in the etchant; and (a3) separating the phosphate acid salt and the nitric acid salt from the etchant. In the step (a2), the basic material is added and reacted at a range that an acidity of the etchant is over a first neutralization titration point of the phosphoric acid and below a neutralization titration point of the acetic acid.
