    • Monoclonal antibodies specific against IL-32 antigens inducing TNF-alpha(tumor necrosis factor-alpha) are provided to study refractory inflammation and cancer, and diagnose inflammation responses and cancer at an early stage, so that the monoclonal antibodies are useful in sandwich ELISA(Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbant Assay). The hybridoma cell lines KU32-07(KCLRF-BP-00149) and KU32-52(KCLRF-BP-00150) secrete monoclonal antibodies having immunoglobulin subtypes of IgG2b and IgG1, and recognizing 91st-131st amino acids of IL-32alpha and 71st-107th amino acids of IL-32beta, respectively. A method for measuring the presence and concentration of IL-3alpha comprises the steps of: coating polyclonal antibody against IL-32 to a plate; adding IL-32 into the plate to be connected to the polyclonal antibody; adding a monoclonal antibody into the plate to be connected to the IL-32alpha; adding a labeled antibody with immunoresponsibility into the monoclonal antibody; and activating the labeled material bound to the antibody.
