CONSTITUTION: A press roller elevating device of a roller for an iron mill comprises a pressing cylinder(100), an elevating plate(200), a sensor assembly(300), and a guide unit(400). The pressing cylinder comprises a cylinder body(110), a cylinder rod(120), and a rod cover(130). The elevation plate is ascended and descended with the cylinder rod. The sensor assembly comprises a sensor case(310), a moving body(320), and a scale rod. The scale load passes through the detection sensor within the sensor case. The guide unit prevents the twisting of the cylinder rod in ascending and descending of the cylinder rod.

    • PURPOSE: A method of regenerating cylinder liner of internal combustion engine is provided to prevent environmental pollution and reduce replacement cost for cylinder liner. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step(ST10) of judging whether a cylinder liner is regenerable, a second step(ST20) of heating at a predetermined temperature the cylinder liner judged as being close to a predetermined limit or worn out in the first step, a third step(ST30) of forging the worn out portion of the cylinder liner which is heated in the second step and performing a plastic deformation process to the forged portion, and a fourth step(ST40) of removing stress intensity of the cylinder liner of which worn out portion is contracted and removed.
