    • A permanent antistatic disc damper on which conductive polymers are coated after the injection molding of reinforced plastics is provided to satisfy various cleaning indices and electric characteristics by manufacturing the disc damper by the reinforced plastics and forming a permanent antistatic layer which has the conductive polymers as effective components on a surface of the disc damper. A disc damper is formed of plastics whose bent elastic coefficient is 80,000kg/cm^2 or more. An antistatic layer having the thickness of 0.005 to 10 microns is formed on a surface of the disc damper. The antistatic layer has conductive polymers as effective components. The plastics are one or more plastics selected from a group containing a universal plastic, an engineering plastic, or a rubber resin and a thermosetting plastic. 10 to 70 percent weight parts of a fibrous filler including a long fiber or a short fiber are mixed in the plastics.

    • PURPOSE: A method for treating the surface of a polymer resin-based molded product using the low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma and a polymer resin-based molded product prepared by the method are provided to give the conductivity, the antistatic property, the electromagnetic wave blocking property, the gas and organic material screening property, the antibacterial effect, the hydrophilicity and the wearing resistance to the product. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of treating the surface of a polymer resin by using a low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma apparatus equipped with a continuous moving means. The polymer resin is selected from the group consisting of a common plastic, an engineering plastic, a rubber-based resin, and a thermosetting plastic; and preferably the polymer comprises further a filler, and/or an additive.
