    • 본 발명은 맥동파 트랜스듀서에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 분체가 유출되며, 하방으로 경사진 출구를 가지는 배출구의 외주에 접촉 결합되는 밑판과, 상기 밑판과 결합되며, 밑면이 개방된 육면체의 형상을 가져서 상기 밑판과 결합되어 내부에 공간을 밀폐시키는 케이스와, 상기 밑판과 케이스 사이의 내부 공간에 위치되며, 밀폐된 육면체 형상을 가지며, 육면체의 양측단을부터 날개부가 돌출된 코어틀과, 상기 코어틀에 내장되며, 전기적인 신호를 받아서 상하 방향으로 진동하는 맥동파를 발생시키는 코어 및 상기 코어틀의 날개부와 각각 결합되며, 타격과 완충 작용을 동시에 하며, 일단은 상기 밑판과 결합되는 스프링부를 포함하여, 상기 스프링부에 의해서 상기 코어틀이 지지되어 상기 코어틀의 밑면은 상기 밑판과 이격되어 상기 코어틀에 내장된 코어가 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 슈트, 호퍼, 이송라인 주위에 위치하는 분체를 파쇄, 분산시켜 줌으로써 배출구 내측에 분체의 흡착이나 뭉침 현상이 방지되어 경사진 배출구가 좁아지거나 막히는 현상이 전혀 발생하지 않을 수 있으며, 설비의 유동성을 향상, 유지시켜 분체를 설비에서 이송라인으로 원활하게 이송하고 공급할 수 있으며, 신규의 설비는 물론 기존의 설비에도 비교적 저렴한 비용으로 간단히 적용하여 설치 사용할 수 있으며, 분체가 분출되는 배출구의 타격과 완충작용을 동시에 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a pulsating wave transducer including a base plate engaged with the outer circumference of a discharge port having a downwardly inclined exit to discharge a powder; a case having a hexahedral shape with an opened bottom and coupled to the base plate to close an internal space; a core frame having a closed hexahedral shape positioned in the internal space between the base plate and the case, with wing portions protruding from both sides of the hexahedral body; a core housed in the core frame and generating a pulsating wave in response to an electric signal; and a spring coupled to wing portions of the core frame to simultaneously perform a hitting function and a damping function, with one end being coupled to the base plate. The core frame is supported by the spring, and the bottom of the core frame is spaced apart from the base plate to protect the core housed in the core frame. Since the powder positioned around a chute, a hopper, and a transfer line is crushed and dispersed, absorption or aggregation of the powder in the discharge port is prevented, thereby preventing the inclined discharge port from becoming narrow or being clogged. Since the flowability of the equipment is improved and maintained, the powder can be smoothly transferred and supplied from the equipment to the transfer line. The transducer can be simply applied to a conventional equipment at low costs, as well as new equipment. The hitting and damping action of the discharge port discharging the powder can be simultaneously carried out.

The present invention solves the problem of environmental pollution and reduces costs by recovering fallen cokes and dust generated during coke transfer and manufacturing briquettes.
