    • PURPOSE: Seonsik(uncooked cereal powder) containing tomato-Cheonguk-jang(fermented soybeans) and a preparing method thereof are provided to remove specific smell of Cheonguk-jang. CONSTITUTION: Seonsik(uncooked cereal powder) containing tomato-Cheonguk-jang(fermented soybeans) is composed of 20wt% of tomato-Cheonguk-jang powder, 12wt% of roasted barley powder, 16wt% of nonglutinous rice powder, 12wt% of unhulled barley powder, 2wt% of sesame powder, 1wt% of Perilla frutescens powder, 5wt% of corn flour, 13wt% of glutinous rice flour, 1wt% of brown seaweed powder, 2wt% of onion powder, 1wt% of pumpkin powder, 1wt% of chestnut powder, 1wt% of shiitake powder, 1wt% of sea tangle powder, 1wt% of dried anchovy powder, 1wt% of sweet potato powder, 1wt% of potato powder, 1wt% of green tea powder, 1wt% of sunflower seeds powder, 1wt% of carrot powder, 1wt% of sauerkraut powder, 1wt% of kale powder, 1wt% of Angelica keiskei powder, and 3wt% of one or more kinds of powder selected among Gestrodia clata, aloe, and umbilicaria esculenta.
    • 目的:提供含番茄清粉ang(发酵大豆)的Seonsik(未煮过的谷物粉)及其制备方法,以清除Cheunguk-jang的特殊气味。 构成:含番茄清粉ang(发酵大豆)的Seonsik(未煮熟的谷物粉)由番茄清粉ang粉20重量%,大麦粉12重量%,非糯米粉16重量%,无壳大麦12重量% 粉末,芝麻粉2重量%,紫苏粉末1重量%,玉米粉5重量%,糯米粉13重量%,褐藻粉1重量%,洋葱粉2重量%,南瓜粉1重量%,南瓜粉1重量% 栗子粉,香草粉1重量%,海螯粉1重量%,干vy粉1重量%,甘薯粉1重量%,马铃薯粉1重量%,绿茶粉1重量%,向日葵籽粉1重量% 胡萝卜粉1重量%,酸菜粉1重量%,羽衣甘蓝粉末1重量%,当归keiskei粉末1重量%,选自Gestrodia clata,芦荟和脐橙中的一种或多种粉末的3重量%。
