    • PURPOSE: A high pressure water type lotus root harvester using high pressure water is provided to spray the high-pressure water to lotus root culture soil having high hardness for softening the soil and easily harvesting the lotus roots. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure water type lotus root harvester includes a underwater pump(20), a high pressure water generator(30), a transfer pipe(40), a control unit(50), and a crushing unit(60). The underwater pump pumps water from a water source for supplying. The high pressure water generator includes a temporary reservoir for storing the water supplied from the underwater pump, and a high-pressure pump discharging the water in the high pressure. The transfer pipe transfers the obtained high pressure water by being combined to an outlet of the high pressure water generator. The control unit includes a lever for opening and closing a flow path. The crushing unit is inserted into lotus root culture soil for spraying the high pressure water.

    • PURPOSE: A drying device using solar energy is provided to store solar energy in a heat storage unit during daytime and to utilize the heat for a drying task by heating air inside a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A drying device(10) using solar energy comprises a solar energy module, a heat storage unit, a circulating unit(320), and a drying chamber(400). The solar energy module absorbs solar energy, thereby heating a thermal medium. The heat storage unit performs a heat exchange by receiving the heated thermal medium and returns the thermal medium that the heat exchange is completed to the solar energy module. The circulation module circulates the thermal medium to the solar energy module and the heat storage unit. Air inside the drying chamber is heated by the heat energy received from the heat storage unit.

    • PURPOSE: A heat collector capable of maintaining reflectance and reducing heat loss is provided to prevent the escape of heat from an absorbing device by placing the high-temperature absorbing device in a vacuum condition. CONSTITUTION: A heat collector comprises a reflector(100) and an absorbing device(200). The absorbing device is installed in a vacuum chamber(2) and absorbs the heat reflected off the reflector as heat. A transparent plate(1) is installed in front of the reflector and insulation flat panels on the sides in order to isolate the reflector from the exterior air and block foreign materials attached to the reflector surface.

The crushing unit is combined to the lower plate, and includes a nozzle pipe with a spraying port for spraying the high-pressure air to outside. The control unit controls the main body and the pressure chamber for supplying the high-pressure air.

    • A chestnut peeling apparatus is provided to minimize damage to the flesh of chestnuts and remove the outer shell and inner skin of chestnuts at the same time. A chestnut peeling apparatus comprises: a casing(14) which has a chestnut inlet(10), a chestnut outlet(11), a chestnut-shell outlet(12), and a plurality of cutting grooves(13) formed at the circumferential surface of the peeling apparatus; a transfer screw(15) which is installed in the casing and transfers the chestnuts; a transfer motor(16) which rotates the transfer screw; and a cutting device(17) which is placed outside the casing and peels the chestnuts by inserting a plurality of rotary cutting blades(19) into the chestnuts through the cutting grooves. The cutting device consists of a plurality of sets of the cutting blades arranged at fixed distances along the circumferential surface of the casing. The rear part of the casing has a pressure adjusting device(21) for giving resistance to the chestnuts and a cutting net(22) for finishing the peeling work.
