摘要： PURPOSE: An access alarm device and an access alarm method are provided to sound the alarm considering whether risk factors are in a safe or dangerous state, thereby notifying the guardian of risks only if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A position signal transmitter (10) is attached to the child to transmit wirelessly position signals. A position signal receiver (20) is attached to risk factors to receive the wireless signals of the position signal transmitter and to transmit a distance between the position signal transmitter and the position signal receiver. A risk sensor (30) detects whether the risk factors are in a safe or dangerous state and transmits a risk detection signal. A server (50) receives a distance value between the risk factors and the child from the position signal receiver and receives the risk detection signal from the risk sensor, and notifies the guardian of risks in case the distance value is getting closer to less than a set value and the risk factors are in the dangerous state.
