    • PURPOSE: A conductive film with the improved transparency and a touch panel using thereof are provided to improve the total light transmittance of the film by successively laminate-coating an Nb2Ox thin film, a SiO2 thin film and an electrically conductive thin film. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film comprises an Nb2Ox thin film(4), a SiO2 thin film(6), and an electrically conductive thin film(7) successively coated on one side of a transparent film base(1). The thickness of the conductive thin film is 5~25 nanometers. The thickness of the Nb2Ox thin film is 0.5~150 nanometers. The thickness of the SiO2 thin film is 5~200 nanometers. The coating process of the thin films is performed with a dry process.

    • PURPOSE: A capacitance touch panel is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to simplify a manufacturing process using materials which cover both transparent conductive thin films. CONSTITUTION: The transparent conductive material of both sides multi-layers are manufactured by successively coating a transparent conductive thin film layer and a dielectric thin film layer. An X-shaft sensor pattern is formed at the one side of the transparent conductive thin film layer. A Y-shaft sensor pattern is formed at the other side of the transparent conductive thin film layer.
