    • The present invention relates to a method for producing fatty acid alkyl ester which comprises a method for immobilizing L62 lipase comprising: a step for fixing L62 lipase derived from Staphylococcus haemolyticus to a carrier by hydrophobic bond; and a step for cross linking the L62 lipase by reacting a cross linking agent with the L62 lipase fixed to the carrier and a method for prodicung fatty acid alkyl ester comprising a step for transesterifying oils and alcohol in reactive medium or a step for transesterifying fatty acid and alcohol in the reactive medium using the immobilized L62 lipase. According to the present invention, the L62 lipase is fixed to the carrier stably using the carrier as a formboard, thereby maintaining activity in process of synthesizing the fatty acid alkyl ester and having an effect in shortening processes since the stability to various organic solvents is maintained, and reducing the unit cost of production since the fatty acid alkyl ester is synthesized from the waste oil.     • The present invention relates to a cell surface expression system using autotransporter membrane protein of Pseudomonas putida as a cell surface anchoring motif, and expressing Staphylococcus haemolyticus L62 lipase performing biological catalysis on the surface of a host cell; a method for manufacturing the L62 lipase on the surface of the host cell using the cell surface expression system; and a method of applying the present invention to a bioconversion process such as biodiesel using the L62 lipase expressed on the surface of the host cell. Vitality and stability of the L62 lipase used in the bioconversion process can be maintained, and fatty acid alkyl ester, which is biodiesel, can be efficiently synthesized by using the cell surface expression system according to the present method.

    • PURPOSE: A method for forming co-cross-linked enzyme aggregates(co-CLEA) of target protein-cross linking protein is provided to improve temperature, pH concentration and solubility to organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming co-cross-linked enzyme aggregates(co-CLEA) of mixture protein comprises: a step of reacting a target protein with low amino acid content having functional group with crosslinking protein with rich amino acid content having a functional group which is able to form crosslinked protein aggregates. The target protein is Rhodococcus erythropolis-derived amidase of sequence number 1 or Photobacterium lipolyticum-derived M37 lipase of sequence number 3. The crosslinking protein is bovine serum albumin(BSA) of sequence number 5.
