摘要： PURPOSE: A novel beta-propeller phytase is provided to generate inositol triphosphate as a final product and to act in promoting phosphoric acid and calcium absorption. CONSTITUTION: A beta-propeller phytase has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A feed composition containing plant ingredient containing insoluble calcium phytate contains beta-propeller phytase as an active ingredient. A feed composition containing plant ingredient having insoluble calcium phytate contains a transformed microorganism as an active ingredient. The plant ingredient is grain. A food composition containing the plant ingredient having insoluble calcium phytate contains the beta-propeller phytase as an active ingredient.

摘要： PURPOSE: A novel magnetic resonance imaging contrast is provided to prevent allergic reaction and to ensure liver, spleen and lung tissue-specificity. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging contrast contains a chelate compound with phosphate group which is conjugated with paramagnetic material. The chelate compound is phytate, inositol phosphate, or phosphatidyl inositol phosphate. The phytate is a d-myo-inositol-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexakisphosphatel. The paramagnetic material is a transition element. The transition element is Fe^2+, Fe^3+ or Mn^2+. The paramagnetic material is lanthanide element. The paramagnetic material is radioactive isotope. The pH concentration of the chelate compound is 4-9.
