    • The present invention is provided to reduce the capacitance of a storage battery system of an output control type wind power plant, thereby reducing installation costs. A wind power control device comprises (S12) a step for setting an average value (PA) of wind power as a generation plan value (PT) when storage battery charging ratio (SOC) of the current point of the storage battery system is within the maximum value and the minimum value of a SOC target range (SOCT); (S14) a step for setting a value which multiplies the PA of the wind power by a positive constant which is larger than 1 as the PT when the SOC of the current point of the storage battery system reaches the upper value of the SOCT; and (S15) a step for setting a value which multiplies the PA of the wind power by a positive constant which is smaller than 1 as the PT when the SOCT of the current point of the storage battery system reaches the lower value of the SOCT.
