    • A measurement frequency variable ultrasonic imaging device prepared by the present invention can select an optimal frequency when ultrasonic waves are used to visualize an inner structure of an object being inspected. The ultrasonic imaging device (10) comprises an ultrasonic probe (20) including a piezoelectric element (30) which transmits ultrasonic waves to the object (120) being inspected in order to receive echo waves as a receiving signal; an X-axis scanner (71) and a Y-axis scanner (72) which scan the ultrasonic probe (20) at a fixed scanning position; a frequency control unit (52) which controls the frequency of the receiving signal by a fixed frequency according to the scanning position; a signal processing unit (66) which processes the receiving signal; and an image generating unit (54) which generates an ultrasonic image in a fixed frequency based on an outputted signal of the signal processing unit (66). The frequency control unit (52) generates ultrasonic waves in a fixed frequency by generating a burst signal in a fixed frequency by a burst transmitting device (61) and outputting the burst signal to the piezoelectric element (30) of the ultrasonic probe (20).
