    • PURPOSE: An objective lens driving device and an optical pickup are provided to realize a better assembling property of a magnetic circuit without a gap between yokes, and to implement a better recording or reproducing process of information without a deterioration of a driving force and an unnecessary vibration. CONSTITUTION: An upper yoke(5) attached in focusing direction of a magnetic circuit is contacted with one(9a) of two inner yokes(10) and outer yokes(9a,9b) on contacting portions(21,22) in focusing direction, and forms a curved portion parallel with the outer yoke(9b). The curved portion is contacted in a direction parallel with a disk side and the other outer yoke(9b). A front sectional surface of the one(9a) of the inner yokes(10) and the outer yokes(9a,9b) is contacted with a lower side of the upper yoke(5), while a side of the outer yoke(9b) is contacted with an inner side of the curved portion of the upper yoke(5).
