    • A charging device is provided to improve the energy density and power density of the storage device by assembling the first cathode composite material layer and the second cathode composite material layer of the other kind. The anode(13) placed at the center of electrode laminated unit(12) comprises the anode laminated layer(17) having a plurality of penetration holes(16a) installed at both sides of the anode current collector(16). The first cathode(14) and the second cathode(15) are arranged through the separator(18) in order to place the anode in interval. The first cathode comprises the cathode collector(19) and the first cathode composite material layer(20). The second cathode comprises the cathode collector(21) and the second cathode composite material layer(22). The anode terminal(23) is connected to the anode collector. The cathode terminal(24) is connected to the first cathode collector and the connected second cathode collector.
