摘要： A dielectric filter includes a dielectric block (1) having substantially a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a plurality of internal-conductor-formed holes (2a, ..., 2d) provided substantially parallel to one another in the dielectric block (1), each including an internal conductor formed on the internal surface thereof, an external conductor (4) formed on the external surface of the dielectric block (1), and an input/output electrode (5a, 5b) formed on the external surface of the dielectric block (1). In the dielectric filter, the input/output electrode (5a, 5b) is formed from a side face, which is an end face of the dielectric block (1) in a parallel direction of the internal-conductor-formed holes (2a, ..., 2d), to a bottom face, which is a mounting face of the dielectric block (1) facing a mounting substrate, a capacitance is generated between the internal conductor of a first internal-conductor-formed hole (2a, 2d) closest to the end face and the internal conductor of a second internal-conductor-formed hole (2b, 2c) in the neighborhood of the first internal-conductor-formed hole (2a, 2d), and the cross section of at least the first internal-conductor-formed hole (2a, 2d) is a noncircular shape extending in a direction parallel to the side face.

CONSTITUTION: A dielectric duplexer comprises a dielectric block(1) having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, a plurality of conductive through holes(21-26) provided in the dielectric block, each conductive through hole extending from the first surface of the dielectric block to the opposite second surface, an antenna excitation hole provided in the dielectric block, the antenna excitation hole extending from the first surface of the dielectric block to the opposite second surface, an outer conductor provided on an outer surface of the dielectric block, an input terminal(62) provided on the outer surface of the dielectric block and separated from the outer conductor, an output terminal(61) provided on the outer surface of the dielectric block and separated from the outer conductor, and an antenna terminal provided on the outer surface of the dielectric block, separated from the outer conductor and electrically coupled with the antenna excitation hole, wherein an absolute value of a reflection coefficient of at least one of the input terminal, the output terminal, and the antenna terminal is in the range of about 0.33 to about 1.00 in a passband, with a reference impedance of 50Ω.

摘要： A dielectric filter includes a dielectric block. A plurality of inner-conductor holes, each having an inner conductor on the surface thereof, extend from a first open surface to the opposing surface through the inside of the dielectric block. On the outer surface of the dielectric block, an outer conductor is formed, except on the first open surface. On the first open surface, projections are provided between respective pairs of inner-conductor holes. Coupling electrodes are formed on the side surfaces of the projections and extending onto the first open surface of the dielectric block, where they connect to the inner conductors. On the outer surface of the dielectric block, input/output electrodes are formed such that they couple to the coupling electrodes.
