    • PURPOSE: Buckle component and a buckle are provided which is mountable by adding only a slight sliding power thereto and where no separated segments is occurred when being fitted. CONSTITUTION: The buckle component comprises: (i) a buckle component main body(70)comprising many members to be mounted on a buckle main body as one body and where the many members are mounted on the buckle main body by sliding toward the buckle main body; and (ii) a connecting portion(66) which connects the many members to construct the buckle component main body(70) as one body and has minimum cross-sectional area in the direction of crossing the sliding direction of the buckle component main body(70). The buckle comprises: (i) a supporting member(44) which supports a rock member, which is coupled to a tongue plate inserted in a fixed position not to draw out the tongue plate, to make it move from the coupling position with the tongue plate to the coupling release position; (ii) a release operating member(28) which operates the rock member coupled to the tongue plate to move toward the coupling release direction; (iii) a fixing member(14) which fixes the supporting member(44) and makes the release operating member(28) slide; and (iv) a connecting portion(66) which connects the supporting member(44) and the release operating member(28) as one body before they are mounted on the fixing member(14) and constitutes buckle component parts to be able to be fitted on the fixing member(14) by sliding toward the fixing member(14) and has minimum cross-sectional area in the direction of crossing the sliding direction.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a webbing winding device capable of increasing an energy absorbing amount and having a force limiter mechanism capable of surely absorbing an energy. CONSTITUTION: When a spool 20 is rotated in a pull-out direction relative to a lock base 40, an insert part 66 is forcibly pulled out from an insert hole 56 while being deformably ironed by the wall part 54A of a guide groove 54, end face 44A of a large diameter part 44, and opening edge 56A of an insert hole 56. An ironing load in this case becomes a force limiter load. The insert part 66 is joined to a fixed part 64 through a curved part 62, and deformed along the extension of the curved part 62. Therefore, a wire 60 can be prevented from being broken by a shearing stress concentrated on a part of the wire 60, and the ironing load surely applied to the wire 60 to the rotating position of the spool 20 relative to a preset lock base 40 can be provided as the force limiter load.
