CONSTITUTION: An operation unit(3,4) has a grip part(2). The grip part has a virtual operation axis. The grip unit and the operation unit are tilted around a predetermined rotation central point. A plurality of detectors(14a,14d) is arranged in the operation axis surrounding direction. Each detector outputs a first output value and a second output value. A determination device determines the tilting direction of the operation unit based on information of the detector.
