摘要： 에너지빔의 조사에 의해 정보의 기록이 가능한 정보기록매체를 사용하는 정보기록방법 및 기록장치에 관한 것으로서, 에너지빔과 정보기록매체의 상대속도가 큰 경우에 있어서도 안정하게 기록을 실행하고 또한 정보를 고밀도로 기록하기 위해, 에너지빔의 제2의 파워레벨에서 제1의 상태로, 제2의 파워레벨보다 높은 제3의 파워레벨에서 제2의 상태로 하는 것이 가능한 기록매체를 사용하고, 에너지빔과 기록매체를 상대적으로 이동시켜 에너지빔을 조사하는 것에 의해 제2의 상태에 있는 마크부의 길이 및 간격으로서 정보를 기록매체에 기록하며, 정보의 기록을 실행하기 전 및 후의 적어도 한쪽에는 제2 및 제3의 파워레벨보다 낮은 제1의 파워레벨의 에너지빔으로 기록매체를 조사하고, 제2의 상태에 있는 마크부를 형성할 때 적어도 1개가 제3의 파� �레벨의 1개 이상의 에너지빔 펄스에 의해 기록매체를 조사하고, 제2의 상태에 있는 마크부가 제1의 길이인 경우에는 마크부를 형성하기 위한 1개 이상의 펄스중의 최초의 에너지빔 펄스의 전 또는 후에 제2의 길이인 경우보다 조사에너지가 큰 에너지빔 펄스에 의해 기록매체를 조사하는 구성으로 하였다.
이와 같은 구성으로 하는 것에 의해, 고밀도의 기록의 경우에 있어서도 기록감도를 저하시키지 않고 더욱 양호한 기록을 실행할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable execution of high-density recording. CONSTITUTION: In this method, information is recorded by subjecting an energy beam for recording to power modulation at a third power level and a second power level lower than the third power level, at least, and by casting the power- modulated beam on an information recording medium. On the occasion, the method includes at least one of methods: a method wherein only in the case of forming a recording mark of a prescribed length, a part for which irradiation energy is increased in comparison with the case of forming a recording mark of another length is provided before or behind the first of one or more pulses forming the foregoing recording mark and a method wherein a period for lowering the power to a level lower than the second power level is provided behind the last of one or more pulses forming the aforesaid recording mark and, only in the case when a space of a prescribed length comes behind this recording mark, the irradiation energy for this part is decreased in comparison with the case when a space of another length comes.
