    • An apparatus for a grinding process is provided to prevent non-uniformity of processing generated in an inner and an outer circumference surface of a rotation mark by installing a cam controlling the speed of a blow nozzle. An apparatus for a grinding process includes the followings: a blow nozzle(20) spraying an abrasive agent on a work; a rotation sending unit moving the work on a predetermined revolution mark; and a control unit(30) moving the blow nozzle to an intersection direction. The blow nozzle movement control unit comprises a swing arm moving the blow nozzle on an outer circumference line of the mark and an inner circumference line and a cam(35) moving the swing arm with a predetermined pattern.

    • A moving mechanism for a blast gun of a blasting machine is provided to easily perform the movement and manipulation of the blast gun in the blast processing room from outside without leak of the dust. A moving mechanism(10) for a blast gun of a blasting machine comprises an output arm(30) which is arranged in a blast processing room(3) formed within a cabinet(4) and moves a blast gun(5); an input unit(20) which is arranged outside the blast processing room and inputs the movement of the output arm; and a connection unit(40) connecting between the input unit and output arm through the wall of the cabinet. The output arm is composed of two arm members(31,32) which are rotatably supported to each other by a shaft. In the connection unit, which comprises two or more shafts extended in and out of the cabinet and rotated by the input unit, a first arm member of the two are members is connected to a first shaft of the two shafts and a second shaft intelocked with a second arm member is installed on the first arm member, and the first or the second arm member interlocked with the first or the second shaft is rotatable simultaneously with the rotation of each shaft.

    • PURPOSE: A method of grinding a workpiece, a jet guide apparatus, and a jet regulation apparatus thereof are provided to procure abrasives travel along a processing surface of the workpiece by setting an incident angle of abrasives to the processing surface of the workpiece within a predetermined range. CONSTITUTION: An injecting process is performed to inject an abrasive together with compressed fluid to a processing surface of a workpiece with an incident angle to meet the condition in which V*sin theta1 is bigger tan zero, smaller than 1/2*V or the same with 1/2*V where V is speed of the abrasive in an injection direction and theta is the incident angle of the abrasive to the processing surface of the workpiece. A generating process is performed to generate a jet of the abrasive along the processing surface of the workpiece.
