The binder(1) is composed of a base member(2) having an elongated groove(4) stretched in a predetermined direction; a binding leg penetrating through the base member through a through-hole(5) formed at the elongated groove and having flexibility; a slide member(3) sliding on the base member in a predetermined direction and fitting the binding leg into the elongated groove according to a sliding position; and retaining members(8,9a,9b) holding the binding leg in the elongated groove in a bent state in fitting the binding leg into the elongated groove by the sliding of the slide member.
