摘要： A sheet discharging apparatus of an automatic puncher is provided to exchange a pallet without interference of a sheet with a loading part by installing a loading part for effectively discharging the sheet. A sheet discharging apparatus of an automatic puncher comprises a transfer frame(10), an elevating unit(20), and a loading part(30). The transfer frame has a pallet(2) in which the sheet punched from the automatic puncher is loaded. The automatic puncher punches the sheet such as paper or resin materials for manufacturing a case for packing product with the development of the case. The elevating unit elevates the transfer frame. The loading part descents the sheet punched toward the opposite direction from the discharging of the punched sheet to the upper part of the new pallet elevated by the elevating unit, and temporally loads the sheet punched toward the same direction with the discharging direction of the punched sheet to transfer the pallet where the punched sheet is loaded.

摘要： A sheet aligning apparatus for an automatic sheet puncher is provided to reduce defect rate by forming a second driven shaft for attaching a sheet such as paper or resin materials to a first driven shaft. A sheet aligning apparatus for an automatic sheet puncher comprises a transfer shaft(10), a first driven shaft(20), a crank(30), and a second driven shaft(40). The transfer shaft transfers a sheet fed from a feeding head, has a first bevel gear(11) at one end part to be installed perpendicular to the supplying direction of the sheet. The first driven shaft consists of a second bevel gear(21) engaged with the first bevel gear of the transfer shaft to rotate perpendicular to the rotating direction of the transfer shaft at one end part, and a first cam(22) at the other end part. The crank of which center portion is hinged has a roller(31) contacted with the first cam of the first driven shaft at one end part, and a pressing plate(32). The pressing plate has one side reciprocating by rotation of the first cam, and the other side pressing the upper part of the sheet by up/down rotation of the other end part. The second driven shaft engaged with the roller and contacted with the lower part of the sheet attaches the sheet to the first driven shaft.
