The cooling device cools the used dialysate that flows from the dialysate storing portion. The nano-fiber column, the activated carbon column A and the activated carbon column B remove particles that have a predetermined amount of molecular weight. The tap water storing portion makes tap water flow into the activated carbon column A and the activated carbon column B.
