    • The present invention relates to a steel plate conveyor roller apparatus for a soaking pit without a cooling device. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the structure of the conveyor roller installed with an ability to rotate in order to convey a steel plate to a soaking pit of a high temperature in such a way that the conveyor roller can resist the high temperature without the cooling device for cooling the conveyor roller, so that maintenance is convenient and a heat loss inside the soaking pit can be prevented. The conveyor roller apparatus comprises a connecting shaft provided at both ends of the soaking pit to be exposed outside the soaking pit by each end being connected to a driving force transfer part configured to transfer a driving force of a driving motor; a hollow tube formed to be exposed outside the soaking pit by inserting each of the other ends of the connecting shaft into an inner side of one end and being fixed by welding; an axle part each formed by a composition including Cr, Ni, and W to prevent the shape from being changed at high temperatures; a hollow cylindrical body installed inside the soaking pit to partially expose both ends outside the soaking pit by inserting each of the other ends of the axle part into an inner side of one end and the other end and being fixed by welding; and a shell part formed by a composition including Cr, Ni, and W to prevent the shape from being changed at high temperatures.

    • A recuperator manufacturing method and a recuperator produced by the same are provided to cast the complicated recuperator at high precision without forming parting lines on the surface and to improve production efficiency by executing continuous casting. The recuperator manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming an inner core and an outer mold frame by processing metal correspondently to the shape of a cylindrical recuperator having plural fins on the inner peripheral surface(S1); injecting wax after assembling the inner core and the outer mold frame(S2); forming a tree by sticking plural waxes to a sprue(S3); forming a mold by coating the outside of the tree with ceramic refractory materials and then drying the tree(S4); melting and removing the wax by heating the mold by hot steam(S5); removing the remaining materials by heating the mold at high temperature(S6); injecting melt into the mold(S7); removing the coating material applied on the outside of the mold(S8); cutting plural castings stuck on the tree(S9); thermally treating the casting(S10); smoothly processing the outside of the casting and checking defects(S11); connecting the castings produced correspondently to each part by welding(S12); and examining the finished recuperator(S13).

The vacuum chamber flange is punched in the center to install a door for opening and closing the vacuum chamber.
