    • PURPOSE: An ascon manufacturing device is provided to facilitate maintenance in all-weather by using heated ascon even when general ascon plant is not operated or under weather aggravation by rapidly agitating ascon raw materials. CONSTITUTION: An ascon manufacturing device comprises a drum part (100) which equips an inner space (130) and rotatably operates and in which an inlet port (110) in which raw materials used in asphalt manufacturing is entered is equipped one side and an outlet (120) in which the raw materials are discharged is equipped in other side; a supporting part (200) which supports the drum to be rotated; a rotary driving part (300) which is equipped in one side of the supporting part and rotates the drum part; a heating part (400) which is arranged in lower side of the drum part in order to heat up the raw materials kept in the inner space (130) of the drum part; and a slope operation part (500) which arranges the drum part to be inclined so that the slope operation part can discharge the raw materials to outside of the drum part once the raw materials are heated and agitation is completed.

    • The present invention provides a road repairing method using a movable ascon manufacturing device which comprises: an aggregate input step of operating a heating unit (400) formed on the ascon manufacturing device and of inputting aggregate into a drum unit (100) which is formed to be rotated and which has a fixed internal space; an asphalt input step of inputting asphalt into the drum unit (100); a first heated-ascon forming step of forming heated ascon by heating and mixing the aggregate with the asphalt; a first discharging step of discharging the heated ascon to the outside of the drum unit (100); and a stomping step of stomping the heated ascon after pouring the ascon in the cut-out part of a road. The road repairing method using the movable ascon manufacturing device is provided to facilitate the temperature management of the heated ascon, to secure the quality of road pavement, to perform a construction work in the site where the heating ascon is unobtainable, and to improve economical feasibility by manufacturing the heated ascon or the heated recycled-ascon in a field of road construction and by indirect-reheating and mixing the ascon which is manufactured as the heated ascon and stored at room temperature.
