摘要： PURPOSE: A device for cleaning machine components is provided to reduce the time needed to exchange a cleaning nozzle, thereby reducing the time needed for cleaning work. CONSTITUTION: A device for cleaning machine components includes a cleaning chamber (1), a fixing chuck (3) and a storage unit (5) for a cleaning nozzle. The cleaning chamber has space inside. The fixing chuck fixes a cleaning nozzle (9) which provides cleaning fluid to the cleaning chamber and sprays the cleaning fluid. The cleaning nozzle is stored in the storage unit for a cleaning nozzle. The storage unit for a cleaning nozzle has a storage case and a protection cover for a cleaning nozzle. The protection cover for a cleaning nozzle is integrally combined with the inside of the cleaning chamber and has an opening part on one side. The protection cover opens or closes the opening part, thereby preventing foreign substances from flowing into the storage case.

The chamber has a cavity, an inlet(11a) through which a flat article(W) enters, and an outlet(11b) through which the flat article is ejected. The driving source is installed on one side of the chamber. The transfer unit receives the driving force of the driving source and transfers the flat article. The cleaning liquid feeder supplies cleaning liquid to the chamber. The ultrasonic generator generates ultrasonic waves in the cleaning liquid accommodated in the chamber. The dam part is formed on the top of the inlet and the outlet in order to let the cleaning liquid gather temporarily.
