The housing has a cut part in front side to make the grip of draught beer cup outside. A thermoelectric element unit has a heat sink through which the heat from the thermoelectric element is discharged outside. The blowing fan discharges the heat which is generated from the thermoelectric element unit outside.

A connecting member(40) is comprised of a bolt(42) successively penetrating the housing and heat sink and a nut(43) fixing the heat sink to the housing by being connected with the bolt. A spring(50) is installed between the housing and head in order to push the housing in the heat sink direction.
