    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sodium carbonate from carbon dioxide mixed in combustion products and a device thereof are provided to resolve environmental contamination problem and to enhance washing effects. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sodium carbonate from carbon dioxide mixed in combustion products comprises the following steps: washing foreign substances including black by contacting the various combustion products with processed water composed of 3-10 wt% of calcium carbonate; manufacturing sodium carbonate from carbon dioxide contained in the combustion products by contacting the washed combustion products with caustic soda; commercializing the manufactured sodium carbonate; and discharging the combustion products through a discharging pipe in which a filter is installed. The device manufacturing the sodium carbonate from carbon dioxide mixed in the combustion products comprises a combustion effluent collecting and washing tank, a sodium hydroxide treatment tank, a discharge pipe(300) and a drying machine.     • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of composite minerals from electric arc furnace dust, ferromanganese plant dust, pulverized waste battery or a mixture thereof is provided to obtain a composite mineral in which inorganic iron, sulfate zinc, manganese sulfate and cobalt sulfate are existed as in a mixed form. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of composite minerals comprises the following steps: reacting raw material selected from electric arc furnace dust, ferromanganese plant dust, pulverized waste battery or a mixture thereof with sulfuric acid water(60:40%); solidifying heavy metal within molten material into zinc powder and filtering the molten material; and heating and drying the filtrate and to obtain a composite mineral in which inorganic iron, sulfate zinc, manganese sulfate and cobalt sulfate are existed as in mixed form. In the reaction step with sulfuric acid water, the specific metallization is added in 1-15 weight% range of the total amount of the reactant. The metallization is ferromanganese powder, zinc powder, scrap iron powder, iron powder selected from waste battery crushed material or steel factory electric arc furnace dust reduced metal.
