摘要： PURPOSE: A work piece grinder is provided to attach and replace a work piece by securing a working space by moving a grinder fixing unit when replacing or combining a work piece to a chuck of a work piece fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A work piece grinder(100) is composed of a base(102), a grindstone transfer plate(120), a grindstone(126), a grindstone transfer cylinder(130), a work piece transfer unit(220), a chuck(228), a work piece transfer screw, and a cylinder(230) for back tension. The grindstone is installed to the forth and back direction in the upper part of the grindstone transfer plate. The grindstone transfer cylinder moves the grindstone transfer plate to the left and right. The work piece transfer unit is installed at the upper side of the base to be moved back and forth. The chuck is installed in the upper part of the work piece transfer unit. A first handle(316) is connected to the rear end of the work piece transfer screw. The work piece transfer screw moves the work piece transfer unit to backward and forward. The cylinder for back tension removes the backlash of the work piece transfer screw. One end of the cylinder for back tension is fixed to the base and the other end is fixed to the lower part of the work piece transfer unit. The cylinder for back tension pushes the work piece transfer unit to the back and forth.
