    • 본발명은석유나석탄등과같은화석연료를대체할수 있는대체연료에관한것으로, 상세하게는상/하수처리과정에서나오는각종슬러지를이용한대체연료용하수슬러지펠렛과그 제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명은하수용슬러지에함유되어있는수분을빠르고간편하게제거할수 있도록하여에너지의낭비를절감할수 있도록하는데그 목적이있다. 본발명은수분율 80%를혼합하고있는하수슬러지에자연건조되거나전기분해건조된슬러지를무게비로슬러지의 20~40%를투입하여혼합함으로써수분율 80% 슬러지에건조슬러지무게비 40%를섞어수분율이 63%로낮추고, 이와동시에폴리머를제거할수 있도록한 것이다. 즉본 발명은본 발명자가개발한기존에폴리머를제거하기위한방법으로톱밥과전기삼투분해방법외에건조된슬러지를수분율 80%를혼합하고있는하수슬러지에혼합함으로써하수슬러지의수분율을낮추고, 이와동시에하수슬러지에있는폴리머를제거할수 있도록한 것이다. 그리고본 발명은펠렛의크기를 3~6㎜로성형하므로연료또는연료보조제로서수분율 10%의펠렛을제조할수가있다. 따라서본 발명은하수슬러지펄렛의건조작업시간을단축하고, 이로인하여건조시발생하는에너지의낭비를획기적으로절감할수가있는유용한발명이다.
