    • The spinal fixation screw is provided to disperse the load delivered from the spine rod into the fixed screw thread and clamp screw thread by differently forming the pitch of the clamp screw thread of the rigging screw. The spinal fixation screw comprises the fixing member(300), and the screw bar(100) and rigging screw(400). The u-shaped accommodating groove is formed in the side of the fixing member. The spine rod(200) accommodates the u-shaped accommodating groove. The fixed screw thread(310) is formed in the inner surface of the u-shaped accommodating groove. The fixed screw thread has the cross section of square. The bonding groove(320) is formed in the lower-part of the fixing member. The screw thread is formed in the exterior of screw. The rigging screw is combined with the fixing member.

    • A bone tissue vacuum-packing method is provided to disperse great load applied on a bone tissue, equally through all surfaces of the bone tissue by equally hydrating the inner and outer sides of the bone tissue through strong cohesion between the bone tissue and the water by a vacuum state. A bone tissue vacuum-packing method comprises the processes of: inserting a bone tissue for transplantation or xenograft into a sterilized vial(130) and half-capping the vial with a rubber cap; inserting the vial into a vacuum freezing dryer capable of controlling temperature, and then freezing and drying the bone tissue contained in the vial at the predetermined temperature for the certain time under vacuum condition; capping the vial by pushing the rubber cap with a press in the vacuum freezing dryer, if the bone tissue is completely frozen and dried; and discharging the capped vial from the vacuum freezing dryer and then packing the vial. The freezing and drying process comprises a first freezing and drying step for freezing and drying the bone tissue at vacuum pressure of 6.66~14.44Pa and temperature of -40~-30deg.C for 11~13 hours and a second freezing and drying step for freezing and drying the firstly frozen and dried bone tissue at 10~15deg.C for 1~2 hours.
