摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing an antimicrobial fiber which involves excellent antimicrobial capacity, wash resistance and bodily safety, and economic production cost. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing an antimicrobial fiber comprises the steps of: preparing an antimicrobial composition with 5-15 wt.% of quarternized chitosan, 3-10 wt.% of polybasic acid including citric acid, 1-5 wt.% of di,tri-glycidyl ether compound including ethyleneglycol diglycidyl ether, 1-5 wt.% of surface active agent and 65-90 wt.% of water; and dipping the target fiber into 2-3 wt.% of the antimicrobial composition at 30-50 deg.C for 5-30 minutes, and drying it.
