The net structure cuts off floating matter. The transfer device is installed in the net structure and linearly reciprocates the loess discharge mechanism. The loess discharge mechanism supplies loess to a river and guides the floating matter filtered in the net structure to a collecting box(120). The dissolved oxygen detection sensor senses the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the river in real-time and transfers the sensed results to a controller. The vibrator vibrates a hopper of the transfer device to easily discharge loess stored in the hopper to the outside.
