摘要： A carbon electrode for an ionization water treatment apparatus, a method for manufacturing the same, and an ionization water treatment apparatus containing the same are provided to obtain a high heavy metal removal rate by reacting carbon electrodes to Fe at 200°C. An ionization water treatment apparatus comprises a static electricity generating element(100), an insulating pipe, a finishing element(300), a housing(400), and a housing connecting unit(450). The static electricity generating element is inserted in the insulating pipe. The finishing element prevents water from being flowed to the insulating pipe. The insulating pipe and the finishing element are inserted in the housing. The static electricity generating element includes a metal electrode(140), two carbon electrodes(120) which are placed at two sides of the metal electrode, and a pipe(150) assembled with the carbon electrodes and the metal electrode. The carbon electrodes react to F2 at 200°C for surface processing.
