摘要： A composite concrete column and a method of constructing a building by using the composite concrete column are provided to shorten the construction period and increase earthquake resistance than pre-casted concrete by extending upper and lower concrete columns between an exposed section, wherein an H beam is coupled between the columns in the exposed section and by coupling crossbeams to the H beam. Upper and lower concrete columns(10,20) are extended lengthwise with an exposed section between the columns. In the exposed section, An H beam(30) is coupled and exposed between a lower end of the upper concrete column and an upper end of the lower concrete column. Plural reinforcing steel bars(40) are embedded around the exposed H beam and extend lengthwise through upper and lower concrete columns. The H beam has a web(33) connecting a pair of flanges(31,32). Plural brackets(51,52) are installed to the H beam in the exposed section for assembling cross beams.
