    • PURPOSE: A vacuum insulating panel, a refrigerator comprising the same and a manufacturing method of the vacuum insulating panel are provided to remove the need for a fiberglass core since a core is arranged in an outer layer. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulating panel(10a) comprises an outer layer(20) and a core(40). The outer layer has a gas barrier property and comprises a pressure-reduced space. The core has a given shape, comprises an empty space, is arranged in the outer layer and supports the outer layer. The core comprises a box shape of body(42), of which one side is open, and a cover(44) for opening/closing the opening of the body. A plurality of ribs are arranged in the body in a thickness direction. The ribs are arranged perpendicularly to each other. The ribs are arranged to cross each other.

    • PURPOSE: A pad printer is provided to extend life of a pad and to improve accuracy of printing by being smoothly deformed with a hollow generated in the pad when compressed with a coated surface. CONSTITUTION: A pad printer comprises a pad(100) and a pad support unit(20). The pad sticks ink filled in a printing plate engraved with a predetermined pattern and is compressed with a coated surface(10). The pad is formed as a hollow structure including a predetermined space in the inside. The pad support unit supports the pad by vertically moving. The pad support unit includes a discharge flow path from which air in the space of the pad flows out when the pad is compressed with the coated surface and is deformed.

    • PURPOSE: A button manufacturing method of household electrical appliances is provided to prevent light which is irradiated from luminous body equipped at the rear of button having even thickness of piece from being leaked to unwanted place. CONSTITUTION: A button manufacturing method of household electrical appliances comprises: a step which forms button structure comprised of transparent material; a step which masks display unit of button structure protruded to outside of household electrical appliances; a step which coats surface of button structure with printing ink of minute particle; a step which removes masking; and a step which forms leaping flame unit of design form on display unit through pad printing. The button structure forming step comprises a step of injection-molding of transparent material. The display unit forming step comprises a step of coating button structure with masking material of cap form which is comprised of soft material. The leaping flame unit forming step comprises a step of filling printing ink on printing plate formed into intaglio in the region other than the part corresponding to form of design by drafting ink cup filled with printing ink; a step of adhered printing ink submarined in the printing plate; and a step of transferring to indicated unit by pad attached with printing ink. A step of filling printing ink in the leaping flame unit forming step comprises a step of filling printing ink in printed plate formed halftone pots within intaglio domain. Printing ink Printing ink comprises TiO2 of weight ratio 90% to 95%, PVC resin of weight ratio 5% to 10%, and dispersing agent of weight ratio 0.5% to 1%.
