The non-woven fabric has a density in a range of 10kg/m^3 to 35kg/m^3, a dynamic elastic modulus in a range of 1MN/m^3 to 35MN/m^3, and a thickness in a range of 15mm to 50mm. A foam(30) having cells(32) and unevenness(35) is bonded on one side or both sides of the non-woven fabric, to improve shock absorbing capability and heat insulating performance.
