    • A pendulum sensor device is provided to sense a transfer of substrate by performing a pendulum motion and reconstitution of a pendulum smoothly and reducing a sensing time and a sensing frequency. The pendulum sensor(200) is comprised of a main body(201), a supporting part(202), a rotation axis(203), a head unit(205), a magnet sensor, and a sensor cable. A pair of support is extended from a main body and a rotation axis is inserted into the upper part of the support. A pendulum is inserted between supporting parts to perform a pendulum motion. The pendulum of the supporting part is circulated by the rotation axis. The unit head is made of a material having a friction while being installed at the upper part of the pendulum.

    • PURPOSE: An automation device for polishing a thin glass block for a display unit and a control method thereof are provided to polish a block type glass object with a programmable drawing by including a perpendicular unit and a glass surface polishing tool. CONSTITUTION: An automatic feeding and discharging unit(204) automatically feeds and discharges a block type glass object. A processed object transferring/arranging unit(206) arranges and transfers the object to a predetermined position. A processing unit(208) includes a plurality of glass surface polishing tools. The processing unit polishes a surface of the glass object according to a shaping program which is inputted based on a drawing. A perpendicular unit(210) fixes the object transferred to the predetermined position. When the processing unit polishes the surface of the object, the perpendicular unit is rotated to avoid collision and interference.

A processing unit(210) automatically combines coordinates of an X/Y-axis around the center of an X/Y mass coordinate system. The processing unit grinds a grinding part of the glass plate according to a shape numerically computed by a control system.
