    • The present invention relates to an insulative distributing board to be buried underground. According to the present invention, the inside of the insulative distributing board is maintained to be at a constant temperature and the humidity. Therefore, electric leakage or short-circuit caused by humidity and moisture, which permeates into the distributing board when it rains, are prevented in advance; accidents are prevented; and an electric shock accident is prevented when the short-circuit occurs.

When the position of the light weight buffer material is changed, the worker moves the light weight buffer material by using the retractor without directly raising the light weight buffer material, so that the worker can easily perform the operation. In addition, after performing the position control operation, the light weight buffer material is supported while being pulled upwardly, so that the light weight buffer material can be prevented from drooping due to the weight of the light weight buffer material. An electric pole for controlling a position of an electric power line according to the present invention includes: an electric pole having a tapered cylindrical shape to have a diameter which is gradually decreased downwardly (in the gravity direction); a light weight buffer material elastically pressed on an outer surface of the tapered electric pole and having an insulator for supporting the electric power line; and a retractor fixed to the electric pole to raise the light weight buffer material.

When the operator opens a door on a working table to perform working, the door is inserted into a door guide pocket included in the cabinet of the distribution board box. When the door strikes the operator, injury or falling accidents may be prevented and walkers may be prevented from being injured due to falling of a tool held in a hand of the operator.
