    • Disclosed by the present invention are an apparatus and a method for a dynamic texturing based on a stream image in a rendering system. The apparatus for a dynamic texturing based on a stream image according to the present invention includes: a single image extracting unit which extracts a single image frame from inputted video data; a coordinate input unit which provides two-dimensional image coordinates and pre-measured three-dimensional real coordinates to the extracted single image frame; a stereo image generating unit which generates a pair of stereo images by using the extracted single image frame; a point data processing unit which converts two-dimensional image coordinates of the stereo images into three-dimensional real coordinates by using a DLT technique and removes mismatched points by using a reversed result after reversely converting the three-dimensional real coordinates into two-dimensional image coordinates; a point pixel value extracting unit which extracts a pixel value corresponding to a two-dimensional point which is reversely converted from the extracted single image frame; and a point data output unit which outputs a three-dimensional point as a combined result by combining the pixel value extracted from the single image frame with the converted three-dimensional point.
