    • Provided is an automatic construction apparatus for a protruding traffic lane, wherein the automatic construction apparatus is capable of being easily operated, is capable of effectively removing the interference factors of a work at a position for the construction of the protruding traffic lane, and is capable of constructing the protruding traffic lane after setting the height of the protruding traffic lane arbitrarily so that diversity of the construction of the protruding traffic lane and the high constructability of the protruding traffic lane can be provided. The automatic construction apparatus for the protruding traffic lane comprises: a main body having a storage space with an opened upper side into which a certain amount of paint flows before stored in the storage space, and having multiple outlets which are formed at one side thereof and which are used to discharge the paint stored in the storage space; a first discharge control part controlling whether or not the paint is discharged through the outlets of the main body, and installed to be able to open or close the outlets; and a second discharge control part installed to touch one wall of the main body, and able to open or close the outlets up and down by being interlocked with the first discharge control part so that the protruding traffic lane can be generated on a road surface, wherein the first discharge control part includes: a first opening and closing plate installed at the lower side of the main body, touching the outlets, able to reciprocate to slide forward and backward to open or close the outlets, and having connecting shafts protruding from both side ends thereof in the side directions thereof; and link members having connecting grooves to be coupled to the connecting shafts of the first opening and closing plate, having moving holes on the opposite side of the connecting grooves, and installed to be able to rotate by being coupled to be hinged on the main body; and a first actuating cylinder having one ends which are coupled to be inserted into the moving holes of the link members, and elongating toward the link members in order to move the first opening and closing plate forward and backward.

The discharging control unit opens a lower side of the discharging port in order to control the discharge of the paints from the storage space. The protrusion type lane generation unit generates lanes protruding from the road by the paints discharged through the discharging port of the main body. The height control unit controls an opening angle of the discharging port in order to control the construction height of the lane from the paints discharged through the discharging port.

      상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 차선 도색 자동화장치는, 복수 개의 발광센서 및 수광센서들을 구비하며 기존차선 또는 신규차선의 도색을 위해 진행하면서 차선 인식을 위해 상기 발광센서에서 발광된 빛이 도로면에 반사된 후 상기 수광센서에 수광되도록 하는 센서부와, 상기 센서부를 통해 감지된 신호로부터 흑색대비 흰색 또는 황색을 구분하여 차선을 인식하며 기계장치부재의 구동을 제어하는 마이크로프로세서부를 포함하는 차선인식부재; 상기 차선인식부재의 제어에 따라 도료분사노즐의 위치를 조정하거나, 도료분사노즐을 개폐하여 차선을 도색하는 기계장치부재; 및 상기 도료분사노즐을 통해 도료를 분사하는 상태에서 이동시, 바퀴에 연동하여 회전하는 엔코더모터의 회전수를 카운트하여 이동거리를 측정하는 작업구간 거리측정부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: A construction machine(100) for projecting lane mark comprises a hopper(110), a paints supply unit(120), an uneven part generation unit(130), a shield device(140), and a bead spray unit(150). An upper part of the hopper is opened in order to draw paints. The inside of the paints supply unit is connected to each other in order to draw the paints and the paints drawn to the inside is transferred for supply. The uneven part generation unit is connected to one side of the paints supply unit and includes a plurality of discharge holes. The shield device reciprocates from side to side in the lower side of the uneven part generation unit and blocks the exposure of the discharge holes to the road after discharging a predetermined amount of paints through the discharge hole. The bead spray unit is fixed on one side of the paints supply unit and coats the glass beads by spraying the glass beads towards the uneven parts generated on the road.
