    • The present invention forms a torque adjustable orthodontic bracket comprising a base unit and a head unit. The torque adjustable orthodontic bracket performs ideal teeth straightening by binding an arch shaped wire to upper and lower hanging rings using binding rings while the arch shaped wire is inserted into a slot formed in the head unit and adjusting the bracket, which is torque shifted onto teeth, according to the binding locations of the binding rings. As a method for solving the above assignment, the present invention adjusts straightening ability shifted through the straightening wire onto the bracket by forming the torque adjustable orthodontic bracket which comprises the base unit and the head unit, forming a slot in the head unit, forming an upper supporting piece and a lower supporting piece in upper and lower parts of the slot, forming an upper hanging ring, an upper guiding protrusion, and an upper hanging groove in the upper supporting piece, forming a lower hanging ring, a lower guiding protrusion, a lower guiding groove, and a lower haning groove in the lower supporting piece, binding the binding rings through the upper and lower hanging rings and the upper and lower guiding grooves after inserting the straightening wire into the slot or binds the binding rings through the upper and lower haning grooves and binding the binding rings through outside of side walls of the upper and lower guiding protrusions.

      상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 실리콘 수지와 같이 인체에 무해하면서 신축성이 양호하고 연질인 소재를 이용하여 압력측정용 감지센서를 구성하되, 상기 압력측정용 감지센서는 배기공이 형성된 연결관 일측에 중공부가 형성된 발룬을 구성한 다음 구강 내의 압력을 측정하고자 할 때 발룬을 압축시키면, 중공부 내에 위치하는 공기가 배기공을 통하여 토출되면서 압력측정기를 자극하여 압력이 측정되게 하고, 상기 측정된 압력은 컴퓨터에 설치된 콘트롤러 시스템 및 측정용 소프트웨어에서 이를 인지하여 압력값이 표시되게 하고, 상기 측정된 압력값을 이용하여 치아교정 및 교정된 치아의 정상적인 유지 및 관리에 필요한 자료로 활용할 수 있게 한 것이다.

    • The present invention provides a typodont for orthodontic practice. The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate production, check and observe the movement state of teeth, and place a teeth model on the typodont in various malocclusion shapes, thereby obtaining optimal orthodontics according to the shapes of teeth. To achieve the purpose, the present invention: forms an upper and lower teeth support in an upper and lower gum shape; forms a teeth combining groove at the teeth support; forms a typodont for orthodontic practice by filling the teeth combining groove with wax before hardening, placing a teeth model made of a conductor in the teeth combining groove in a desired malocclusion shape, and cooling and hardening the teeth model; fixes the typodont to a combination groove of an upper and lower support plate formed on a typodont support body; attaches a bracket to the teeth model; connects an elastic wire to the combination groove of the bracket; inputs the typodont support body to a high-frequency induction heater; and loosens binding power of the wax by slowly heating the teeth model made of the conductor by high-frequency, thereby enabling a user to check the movement of the teeth model by the binding power of the elastic wire with the naked eye.
