摘要： PURPOSE: A connecting structure of a precast deck and a prestressed concrete girder is provided to install a shear connector safely and easily and to connect a prestressed concrete girder and a precast deck firmly. CONSTITUTION: The connecting structure of a precast deck and a prestressed concrete girder(1) comprises the steps of: forming a shear pocket on a precast deck(10); laying a fixture under the part where the shear pocket is placed on the prestressed concrete girder(1); placing the precast deck(10) on the girder(1), then inserting and fastening a fabricated shear connector(2) to the fixture through the upper part of the shear pocket to be fixed to the prestressed concrete girder(1); and installing the fabricated shear connector(2), placing fillers to the shear pocket with fillers to fill up a space among the shear pocket, the girder(1) and the precast deck(10) and to connect the girder(1) and the precast deck(10) in one.

摘要： PURPOSE: A connecting structure for a precast deck and a prestressed concrete girder is provided to simplify a connection work by unifying a precast deck and a prestressed concrete girder firmly and structurally using a stud type prefabricated shear connector. CONSTITUTION: The connecting structure for a precast deck(10) and a prestressed concrete girder(1) comprises the steps of: penetrating a shear pocket to a precast deck(10); pre-installing a fixture on the part where the shear pocket is placed on the upper part of a prestressed concrete girder(1); placing the precast deck(10) on the girder(1) and inserting/fastening a prefabricated shear connector(2) to the fixture through the upper part of the shear pocket to be fixed to the prestressed concrete girder(1); while the prefabricated shear connector(2) is installed, placing filler to the shear pocket to fill up a space among the shear pocket, the girder(1) and the precast deck(10), so that the girder(1) and the precast deck(10) are connected in one.

摘要： 본 발명은 공장에서 제작된 후 현장으로 이송된 프리캐스트 바닥판을 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더와 연결함에 있어서, 철근 배근으로 이루어진 스터럽에 의존하는 종래 기술과는 달리, 스터드 형식의 개선된 조립식 전단연결재를 이용함으로써 프리캐스트 바닥판과 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더를 견고하게 연결하여 구조적으로 일체화시킬 수 있으며, 연결시공작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 새로운 방식의 연결구조 및 그 연결시공방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더(1)와 프리캐스트 바닥판의 연결구조로서, 상기 바닥판을 이루는 프리캐스트 바닥판(10)에는 전단포켓(11)이 관통 형성되어 있으며; 상기 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더(1)의 상부에는 상기 전단포켓(11)이 놓이게 될 위치에 고정구(3)가 사전에 매립되어 설치되어 있으며; 상기 프리캐스트 바닥판(10)이 거더(1)의 상부에 거치된 상태에서 조립식 전단연결재(2)가 상기 전단포켓(11)의 상부를 통하여 상기 고정구(3)에 삽입되어 체결됨으로써 상기 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더(1)에 설치되며; 조립식 전단연결재(2)가 설치된 상태에서 상기 전단포켓(11)에는 충진재(12)가 충진되어 상기 전단포켓(11) 및 상기 거더(1)와 프리캐스트 바닥판(10) 하면 사이의 공간을 채움으로써, 상기 거더(1)와 프리캐스트 바닥판(10)이 일체로 연결되어 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더와 프리캐스트 바닥판의 연결구조 및 그 연결시공방법이 제공된다.
