CONSTITUTION: A power supply units(120) supplies the provided power to one or more external devices. A monitoring unit(130) monitors the use amount of the provided power. A communication unit(140) transmits the monitored power use amount to the power source management server. A control unit(150) receives control information of the power management server about the power use amount through the communication unit. The control unit controls the power supply units to supply power to the external devices.
