CONSTITUTION: A pellet composition comprises 90-97 weight% of a steel dust, 2-7 weight% of an inorganic dust binder, and 1-3 weight% of a liquid binder. The inorganic dust binder comprises cement, quicklime, and sodium polyacrylate. The liquid binder is selected in a group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylacetate, and ethylene vinyl acetate. A compressive strength the steel dust pellet is more than 2.0 MPa.     • PURPOSE: A brick composition with excellent strength is provided to neutralize strong alkali leachate generated in solidified bricks and to prevent the outflow of poisonous heavy metal by using a neutralizing agent including iron sludge and waste acid gypsum. CONSTITUTION: A brick composition comprises 0.02-0.1 parts by weight of an activator against the iron sludge 100.0, 30-50 parts by weight of an alkali activator, and 10-50 parts by weight of a neutralizing agent. The alkali activator is blast furnace slag. The neutralizing agent includes waste acid gypsum. The particle size of the blast furnace slag is 3000-4000cm / g. The neutralizing agent further includes clay. The alkali promoter is on the pH level of 12-14. The alkali promoter is one or more among NaOH, potassium hydroxide and lithium hydroxide. The waste acid gypsum is one or more among phospho-gypsum and hydrofluoric acid gypsum.
