CONSTITUTION: A loading unit for large sized glass comprises a rectangular main body(10), a lower support(20), a pair of side-connecting rods(30), a plurality of gap-maintaining rods(40), a support frame, and an hanging unit. The main body consists of a lower frame, side frame, and upper frame. The lower support comprises a plurality of support rods fixed to inside the lower frame. The side connecting rods are fixed to both sides of the large sized glass(2) of a side frame and have a plurality of hanging grooves. The gap-maintaining rods are fixed to the hanging grooves. The support frame is fixed to the upper part of the upper frame. The hanging unit is hanged by an external moving unit by being installed on the support frame.

The apparatus includes: multiple heaters vertically arranged at both sides facing each other inside the preheating furnace in a horizontal direction to preheat the thin sheet glass to reinforce the thin sheet by heat treatment through the chemical reinforcing furnace; an agitating air blower connected to an inlet damper through an air inlet at one side of the preheating furnace to allow allow the external air or the internal air to flow into the inlet through the multiple inlet dampers, which opens and closes, formed on a wall of the preheating furnace at an upper part of the heater; an air flow route to supply the external air or the internal air flowing in through the inlet damper to the upper part of the heater through the agitating air blower so that the air moves to a lower part by passing through the vertically arranged multiple heaters; and an exhaust air blower connected to multiple exhaust dampers, which open and close, through an air discharge route on a wall of the preheating furnace at a lower part of the heater to force the air passing through the lower part of the heater to transfer to an external part of the preheating furnace.
