    • A multi-stage air supply device for sorting different kinds of light materials is provided to increase separation efficiency of the foreign materials by continuously feeding the air and to facilitate repairing and exchanging by installing a blowing housing separately from a sorter body. A multi-stage air supply device(A) installed at a sorter for sorting out different kinds of light materials is composed of: a driving motor(10) joined to a support panel(90) and connected to a shaft(31) of an oil foil fan(30) installed at a blowing housing(20), through a belt(32); a vertical duct(40) of which a lower part is combined to an ejection port of the blowing housing by a first flange(41); plural multi-stage ducts(43) provided with a second flange(42) and formed at the vertical duct; a horizontal duct(50) combined to the multi-stage ducts by the second flange; and a tapered nozzle(60) provided with a third flange(61) and combined to the horizontal duct, wherein a part of the nozzle where the third flange is formed is formed in a rectangle. The multi-stage duct combined with the vertical duct comprises a damper(70) installed inside and provided with shafts formed at the both sides of a rectangular panel(71) and exposed outward through the multi-stage duct; a handle(73) combined to the shaft; and a position fixing unit joined between the handle and the multi-stage duct.

    • A device for sorting light foreign materials of the construction waste by a vibration plate is provided to effectively separate the light foreign materials with occupying a small space by installing the vibration plate in a sorting device body in multiple stages and to reduce noise by preventing the crushed material from directly coming into contact with the surface of the vibration plate. The device for sorting light foreign materials of the construction waste by a vibration plate(10) is composed of plural vibration plates combined in a sorting device body equipped with a vibration generating unit; a blower mounted between the vibration plates to supply the air; a light material discharge port and a heavy material discharge port combined in the lower side of the sorting device body; first hinge grooves(102) bored through both sides of a plate(101) having an opened lower side of the vibration plate and joined to a fixing plate(104) by fitting a hinge shaft(103); and the fixing plate combined with hinge pieces(105) having a second hinge groove(106), at both sides, wherein both lower sides of the fixing plate are combined in the sorting device body. The first hinge grooves formed at both sides of the plate are inclined from the middle side to one side. A rib(108) having a third hinge groove(107) is combined to the lower side of the plate. A stop ring(109) is joined to stop grooves(103a) formed at both ends of the hinge shaft.
